Live video of Where Do We Go From Here?
My song Where Do We Go From Here? is one that’s stuck around. It was recorded in 2003 for my album “Hobo Dream” as a duet with my friend, fantastic Texas songwriter Karen Poston (do check out www.myspace.com/karenposton). I still play that song at most of my concerts which tells you that I like it quite a bit - not only because I can ask people to sing along and not only cause I...

... goes in the blog, tour diary part 2
Part 1 of the tour blog ended with Annika & me standing outside our hotel in Hamburg during a huge fire alarm. Three fire trucks and several cop cars stood outside the hotel. Our guitars & clothes, my laptop were still up in the room.  Sunday, May 29 It soon turned out that there hadn’t actually been a fire. A “technical problem” had caused the alarm. We went back to our room and Annika...

Eye For An Eye - the new arrangement

Listen to my house concert in York  →
You can listen to the entire solo house concert that I played in York/UK in August 09 in good sound quality. It features a whole bunch of unreleased songs. I had a great time playing to an attentive, English-speaking audience. Check it out.

Day 1  Wednesday, May 26: Mojo Songwriter Night at Café Mojo, Osnabrück Annika came into Munich on the plane...

A concert goer's blog/review of our house concert... →
Annika Fehling and I played a very nice house concert in Aachen last Saturday. Here’s what Dietmar, Germany’s leading house concert impressario on the rootsrock scene, had to say about our show (tap on the blog title to get to Dietmar’s blog - or read it right here). “Unser guter Freund Uwe veranstaltete an diesem Abend bereits sein drittes Hauskonzert des Jahres 2010. Da...

Tagesspiegel reviews our Berlin gig →
On Tuesday, June 1, Annika Fehling and I played Intersoup in Berlin. We had the smallest audience our our tour so far (it’s a big city - weird, how that always correlates, isn’t it?) but got a very nice write-up in Der Tagesspiegel, a very well-reputed Berlin newspaper by HP Daniels.
